When you think about all the things in your life that you can increase, preserve, or even extend, the one thing you can't touch is time. Time is the thing that once it's gone, it's gone forever. Sands through the hour glass don't come back so it is imperative that we all take a look at how we spend our most precious resource so that not a single minute is wasted.
Time hacks and time management are nothing new. Successful people have been talking about their own time management strategies for years. Planners and apps are flooding the market at all time highs, but not all strategies will work for every single person. So instead of blowing tons of money on something that "might" work, I highly encourage you to simply listen to this episode of the podcast and see where you can make the most difference in your day.
If you are thinking about a planner or a journal, I would highly recommend the one that Dean Graziosi just put out a few months ago. He talks a lot about outcome journaling and it really resonates with me since I journal almost every single day. Never heard of Dean? Check this out:
Dean Graziosi knows how to create success. From extremely humble beginnings Dean started with a firewood business in high school, to a collision repair shop and his first real estate deal before the age of 20. From there he went on to create a multimillion dollar real estate business, became a Multiple NY Times best selling Author, 16 years everyday on TV and is one of the most watched real estate and success trainers of our generation. Dean maximized the success and profits in each of these endeavors along his evolution and his businesses and brand have helped change countless lives. Dean is obsessed with sharing the Success Habits learned along this journey with the world.
You can find his journal on Amazon here, and I would highly encourage you to get it. He is an award winning author that provides a lot of motivation. You can definitely benefit from his books, too. I'm a big fan of used books - saves you money!
Finally, as you listen to the podcast and look at some time management strategies, I encourage you to consider your social media feeds. What are they filled with? Are they helping or hurting you? Are they getting you mad at politics or are they giving you things to think about? If you're on Twitter and want to fill your feed with helpful, positive posts, please consider following me. I hope to see you there.
